The Intelligent LCD Flow Batch Controller (also known as a Batch Filling Controller, hereinafter referred to as the "Batch Controller") is a specialized, intelligent quantitative control product developed by our company. It is the result of integrating extensive domestic and international experience in the quantitative control of petrochemicals, liquid materials, and material levels. Centered around an industrial-grade ARM-core MCU, this intelligent instrument features high precision, rapid response times, ease of operation, and diverse functionality. It can be integrated with flow meters, thermometers, weighing scales, control solenoid valves, and pumps to form a complete, standalone control system; alternatively, it can be connected to a PC to establish a distributed flow control system, enabling remote monitoring and data sharing. It is ideally suited for automated control systems involving the quantitative filling, batch feeding/dosing, loading, blending, discharging, distribution, and gas charging of liquids across various industries, including petroleum, chemicals, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, and food processing.

The Batch Controller is designed to accept pulse signals or analog signals from electromagnetic and turbine flow meters, as well as analog signals from temperature transmitters.

Featuring an intuitive human-machine interface and a full-keypad design, the Batch Controller makes modifying setpoints simple and convenient. It incorporates built-in high-capacity contact relays and includes a "no-load operation" protection alarm system to prevent pump wear caused by abnormal flow conditions or dry-running. Engineered for high reliability and a long operational lifespan, it serves as the ideal solution for your quantitative filling and dosing applications.

Utilizing a high-performance, industrial-grade ARM MCU embedded processor, this system achieves automated, intelligent quantitative control. A full-text LCD screen provides real-time displays of instantaneous flow rate, target quantity, partial quantity, batch quantity, and total quantity. The full-keyboard design simplifies operation, making it easier to configure technical parameters such as operating modes, batch settings, and target quantities. It features an intelligent cyclic filling function that automatically adjusts the time interval between batches based on the specific target quantity for each cycle.

 

Offering seven distinct quantitative operating modes, the system allows users to freely pre-select their desired mode, thereby enabling automated cycling to significantly boost operational efficiency.

 

It supports quantity calculation based on either pulse frequency input or 4–20 mA analog input signals.

 

It is capable of acquiring temperature data via a 4–20 mA analog input.

 

It provides control capabilities for two sets of valves and one pump, with options available for system expansion.

 

An optional receipt printing function is available.

 

An optional external, large-format outdoor LED display screen is available.

 

It can be integrated with filling monitoring software to enable remote control capabilities.
